The Office of Mayor Max began on July 1, 2012.

There have been three Mayors of Idyllwild since that time in three administrations.

Mayor Max the First: July 1, 2012 to April 2, 2013

Mayor Max the Second: July 21, 2013 to July 30, 2022

Mayor Max the Third: November 22, 2022 to Present

The only politicians and Mayors of Idyllwild have been the Golden Retrievers of Phyllis Mueller and Glenn Warren. We do not have human politicians in Idyllwild, California.

The Mayor’s office is non-partisan and non-political. We only do kind and loving things for people, and we do a lot of it.
